Do I need an ABN Number to sign up?
No, an ABN Number is not required when signing up.
Are there any limitations on the number or size of items I can order?
Yes, due to time constraints and ute deliveries, there are several limitations for same day deliveries:
Orders can have:
- Up to 25 lengths of timber products.
- Up to 25 sheets for all sheet products.
- Up to 25 bags for all bagged products.
If your order exceeds these limitations, the order can be placed for next day delivery with the help of our fulfillment partners
Is there a specific time by which I need to place my orders?
Yes, the cutoff time is 2 pm weekdays. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next available timeslot the following day.
What if the goods I receive are damaged or defective?
A replacement or refund can be processed if the goods are
verified as damaged or defective. Please report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the order.
I want to refer someone. Are there any location restrictions for the job site?
Yes, ensure the job site is within a 10km radius of St Peters in Sydney. The app won't accept job site locations outside of this radius.
Do I get any benefits for referring others?
Absolutely! There's an incentive for all new referrals. Contact us to learn about our current referral incentives.
Is there any promotion for deliveries?
New customers can avail of three free deliveries until 30 September 2023. A code will be provided for this offer. Make sure to enter the code under the special request section during checkout.
What if I want to add additional items to my order?
Use the special requests box at checkout for additional items or special requests. We'll be happy to accommodate your needs.
What happens when a delivery arrives on site?
There is preference for the customer to be on hand to assist with unloading products if required.
